Amy Flynn

Amy is a natural when it comes to the Real Estate business. She worked for years with Bay North Realty as a stager before officially joining the team in February of 2020 as a Real Estate Assistant. She has since obtained her real estate license and is a Realtor ready to help clients buy and sell properties. She has an eye for how to best highlight the features of homes for quick sales and at top dollar. She also knows how critical it is to stay on top of the market so that when your perfect home is on the market, she will let you know! Amy has a can-do nature and works hard. She is skilled when it comes to problem solving, organizing and working together as a team.

Amy has lived in northern Michigan for 15 years. She is raising four active kids with her husband John, a Harbor Springs native and graduate of Petoskey High School. Their family enjoys all things sports but especially basketball. Amy is not only active in coaching her own daughters in basketball but also runs the Petoskey Girls Basketball Youth Programs and travel teams. In her spare time, Amy enjoys reading, shopping and hanging out with friends.

Amy graduated from Grand Valley State University as a student athlete. She holds a Bachelor of Science with a major in Psychology, EI and CI certifications, and a minor in Elementary Education. She also has a Masters in Learning Disabilities.

Amy continues to serve clients with her own company, Re-Do, where she helps them refresh their homes with new design ideas whether it means budgeting for new décor or restyling using what they already have. Give Amy a call. She is ready to work with you!
