A born and raised Michigander and full-time Realtor since 2005, Kim Kihnke brings deep local knowledge and a strong commitment to northern Michigan real estate. She’s served on the Emmet Association of Realtors Board since 2013, was President/Realtor of the Year in 2018, and currently represents the Association as a Delegate to Michigan Realtors. Kim is also Chair of the Burt Township Zoning Board of Appeals, Board member of the Harbor Springs Area Historical Society and a founding member of the Burt Lake Trail Committee.

She earned her Associate Broker license in 2017 and takes pride in a business built largely on referrals and repeat clients.

With a background in custom log homes and workplace ergonomics, Kim offers practical insight into inspections and remodels. She lives near Maple Bay in Cheboygan County where you’ll find her sailing, paddling, hiking, XC skiing and chasing many other outdoor adventures.
