Her real estate career is built on repeat clients and referrals – something she is very proud of!

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Kim labored in the custom log home industry, which gives her a unique perspective when helping her clients work through inspections and brainstorming remodeling ideas. During the 90’s, she was a consultant who provided ergonomic workplace solutions in Manufacturing. Studying sales greats such as Zig Ziglar, Brian Tracey and Tony Robbins during this time was instrumental in developing her client relationship skills.

Originally from Western Michigan, Kim now resides near Maple Bay in Cheboygan County. She has a BFA from Saint Mary’s College at Notre Dame with an emphasis in Studio Arts and Art History. Her current interests range from sailing, snowboarding, biking, hiking and camping to exploring beaches and forests with her family. Kim is excited to be your ambassador to real estate, providing exceptional service no matter your price point, anywhere in the Tip of the Mitt.

What Our Clients Say About

Kim expertise is knowing the area homes and the market pricing. She is a good marketer and outstanding listener. She helped us in selling a large and unique property which required a very special type of buyer. She was patient through a very lengthy and difficult negotiation process. The resultant sale met our expectations. I would use her expertise again.

Kimberly as a realtor and community member is so knowledgeable and has her finger on the pulse of our community. She is an invaluable resource, and I would encourage anyone who is looking to buy, sell or relocate to his area to talk to Kim about your residential or commercial property interests. Her knowledge of everything from local bank and credit union financing opportunities and interest rate on mortgages to good local schools with an intricate knowledge of what to do and what to see in our summer resort area of Northern Michigan. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable, friendly, and resourceful Kim Kihnke is.

Kim is the most impressive realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with!! Extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of her profession and knows plenty about building homes too! She is invaluable for other info concerning contractors, maintenance people and places to visit in a large northern area of Michigan. In addition to all that, she is probably one of the kindest, most patient, caring people I’ve ever met.

Kim has worked with us on 3 successful real estate deals. We were very happy with her creative work ethic and attention to detail. She kept us well informed and answered our many questions. Kim is by far the best agent with whom we've worked.
