A native of Petoskey, Sarah feels fortunate to have returned to Northern Michigan nearly two decades ago to raise her children in a supportive and healthy community.
With a background in marketing and sales and a love for home, Real Estate is a perfect career fit for Sarah. She has a BS in Marketing from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Her early career was spent in sales and marketing roles within the telecommunications and software industries in various markets around the county.
Sarah and David have two children, Ben and Amelia. Ben is studying business at the University of Tennessee, and Amelia is a student at Petoskey High School.
Sarah loves to be on the water and go for long walks with the four-legged family members, Tucker and Leo.
Sarah currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Manna Food Project and the Petoskey-Harbor Springs Community Foundation.
I understand that in listing my home I was presenting David and Sarah with a unique challenge. I had already purchased a new property and as the Director of Charlevoix Circle of Arts I had limited time to focus on the sale of the home but letting go of the design process is not something I relish. When David and Sarah swept in, they came prepared with a strategy, staged and presented my home to maximize the effects of space and had a clear marketing plan.
Their magic was evident as I was presented with two offers soon after the home was listed which allowed me to move into my forever home happily. They are grace, sophistication, and talent under pressure.
David’s love for the area is obvious, and his connections put him in the know with every property. David was incredibly patient as we slowly narrowed in on the type of home and location we wanted. He is truly invested in his customers! When we settled on a property, the process was seamless and we joke that it felt like a breakup come closing day. Luckily, David and his wife Sarah have become friends and we recommend them in a heartbeat
